All of our clients must read and sign a Customer  Representative agreement before we begin. Please take the time to download the file.  You can print and sign (lower right hand 3rd page under CLIENT) and email  or fax to us.  Our Inspectors will also have a blank or digital copy at our first site visit to sign if you choose not bring it with you.  Please call us if you have any questions.
