All of our clients must read and sign a pre-inspection agreement before we start any inspection. Please take the time to download the file.  You can print and sign (lower right hand 1st page) and bring to the inspection, email  or fax to us.  Our Inspectors will also have a blank or digital copy at the inspection site to sign if you choose not bring it with you.  Please call us if you have any questions.
